Positive: We did upgrade to premiere plus.So we could use premiere lounge also we could use all the beach tools.
Negative: Bathroom needs to remodel also need dusting for closet doors.

Positive: The stay was excellent but marred by needless problems. The room was nice and well cared for. The a/c needs attention as it would cycle in and off all night. The balcony was nice and view tremendous.
Negative: I found a list of new arrivals in the hallway of my floor on my final day. I attempted to find someone to return this list to but no one was to be seen. I turned the list into Mark Ortega, Duty Manager at 1130. After turning in the list, I requested an outside cabana to which he refused and became defensive saying he wouldn't do that for me. When asked why, he said I needed to talk to the pool and request it from them. But "he wasn't going to do that." When asked again if that's the best way to deal with this situation, Mark again refused to help me. Private information is important to me and my family. I was asking for his help in return for my efforts to protect this information. A simple thank you would have helped but Mark wouldn't even offer that to me. To make this issue worse, I secured a Premier Suite (also returning Primier guest) for my stay which allowed me access to the requested item without charge. Not only did Mark's actions make me feel unwanted at your establishment he interfered with the delivery of complimentary activities or amenities. Another issue again happened during my stay--early closure of the lounge. Why tell your guests that the lounge is open from X time to X time only to pack up the items 15-20 minutes early? Staff did this on multiple times during each day of my stay. These actions made me feel like the value wasn't appropriate. I can see why tourist have bad experiences.

Negative: The beach is kind of rough for kids. It’s nice but the my daughter was also getting bit by a lot of sand fleas. We had to leave.

Positive: Beautiful spacious and airy!! We love the Nikko Guam!! The people! All the people were so nice, helpful and happy! They really made us feel like family. The food was phenomenal! The breakfast was amazing, literally something for everyone! From the smoked salmon, ramen, pork, fresh fruit and vegetables to the French toast and matcha ice cream! We enjoyed the premiere suite where we had the living room extra 1/2 bath and side patio! Very spacious and comfortable!! We recommend the Nikko for families or romantic getaways! It was absolutely perfect for our family celebration!
